Elizabeth Reaser, an American actor in TV, film and stage, is most well-known for her roles in The Twilight Saga as well as TV shows such as Greys Anatomy or True Detective. Jessica read the script and knew the character would need weapon training. Her first video was recorded session with a professional after studying the script. Based on Jonathan Glassner, the stunt team was amazed by the level of training she received for her first lesson. This was the first time she had acted in a US big role, as she has previously appeared in Australian movies. Jessica is able to play the role of a strong woman thanks to her love of action, her mixed martial arts abilities and her riding horse, guns and weapon skills as well as her athletic abilities. Jessica is a boxer who has been trained as well as a muay Thai as well as a mixed martial arts artist. While on set filming Season 4, Jake Stormoen encountered a dog who was roaming about the filming. It was discovered that the pet was part of the litter of stray puppies which were living in the film the set. Jessica fostered at least two of these puppies.
